From day one, we knew sustainability would be at the heart of WADI+WAVE.

Starting a business isn’t easy, and making sustainable choices can be tricky (and pricey!). But we believe any brand starting today has a responsibility to do better—for the planet and the generations to come. And we’re all in.

Here’s how we’re doing our bit to support people and the planet:

  • Product Packaging

    There’s already too much plastic out there, and most of it doesn’t end up where it should. That’s why we’ve said a big, loud no to plastic in our packaging. No bags, no bubble wrap, no polystyrene. If we get products wrapped in those materials, we recycle them locally instead of sending them on to you.

  • Product Manufacture

    We’re curators, not manufacturers, which means we showcase amazing products made by others. But we’re always on the lookout for brands using innovative, sustainable techniques. Like our MARHABA cushion—crafted from recycled plastic bottles—or our 3D-printed items made from recycled PLA (not plastic!), a renewable, biodegradable material. It's smart, eco-friendly, and seriously cool.

  • Product Sourcing

    All our products are sourced from suppliers right here in the UK. Not because we’re against global trade, but because it makes sense to reduce the environmental impact of shipping. Plus, the UK has incredible artisan makers and producers, and we’re all about celebrating their talent. Why ship something halfway across the globe when there's so many amazing things already on our doorstep?
