AMAL | Charitable Collection
Honouring Palestine and raising vital funds for those affected by the ongoing humanitarian emergency.
Art in the Name of Hope
Amal — the Arabic word for hope — features an olive branch, a universal symbol of peace, held gently by a woman’s hand adorned with tatreez, the traditional Palestinian embroidery.
Rendered in soft monochrome, Amal is a quiet yet powerful tribute to resilience, heritage, and the enduring human spirit.
100% of profits from this collection will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), supporting emergency healthcare and humanitarian relief.

Medical Aid for Palestinians
What is Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP)?
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for a future where every Palestinian has access to a comprehensive, effective and locally-led system of healthcare, and the full realisation of their rights to health and dignity.
With our extensive local knowledge and experience, we work closely with communities, hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers to coordinate care and medical aid even where there are severe restrictions on access.
What kind of work does MAP do?
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is delivering the largest humanitarian response in our history to meet the critical health and humanitarian needs caused by Israel’s military attacks and total siege on Gaza, as well as escalating violence against Palestinians across the occupied West Bank.
In 2024 alone, MAP reached nearly one million people in Gaza, working with 16 local partners.
Since Israel’s collapse of the temporary ceasefire on 18 March 2025, Palestinians have experienced renewed bombardment and the systematic denial of aid, including food, water and medical supplies. MAP has responded by:
- Supporting Gaza’s health system
- Addressing malnutrition and water access
- Supporting people with disabilities
- Offering mental health support
- Supporting survivors of gender-based violence
- Collecting and supplying emergency blood
